The Frequent Traveler Q & A: Broken promises and changing rules
<p>My daughter flew Air Canada from Tel Aviv to Ottawa, changing planes in Toronto. As there was a four-hour delay, she was told that she would be put up overnight at a hotel in Toronto at Air Canada's expense. Children learning to swim

Life is back in full swing again this week after my husband, Joe, went back to work from vacation. Also our five oldest children are leaving every day for 2½ to 3 hours of swimming lessons. Elizabeth is catching on fast and can swim short distances. I know that even a good swimmer can drown, but I feel safer knowing they could swim. I never learned to swim and that makes me scared of deep water. Sometimes Joe takes the children fishing in his boat. Even though they wear life jackets I'll be more relaxed knowing they can swim.
