EU says Canada has lifted visa requirements for Czechs and Latvians
Canada will allow visa-free travel for two of the European Union's new members, the Czech Republic and Latvia, the EU's justice chief said Wednesday, as Ottawa moved to calm a row that saw Europe threaten possible retaliation.
